What began over 12 years ago with curious late nights experimenting on old PCs has turned into a career where curiosity became craft, and craft became leadership.

I’m Vishnu R Prem, a Product Design Leader with 10+ years in UX, where I’ve built teams, shaped products, and transformed raw ideas into experiences that feel human. My work spans everything from mobile apps to enterprise platforms, but the common thread has always been empathy, clarity, and persistence.

Over the years, I’ve guided design teams, mentored young designers, and partnered with developers and stakeholders to turn daunting challenges into measurable success.
